After a very long trip from Germany to Kona, Hawaii. I arrived to support my dad (Phil) in the 2015 Ironman World Championships. This was a great experience for my family and I to share with my dad. I met some legends of this amazing sport and a definite highlight for my dad and I was chatting with Craig “Crowie” Alexander for a good 10 minutes. He is really a great guy and gave us some great tips and motivational quotes he uses. My dad later shared with me he used one of the quotes to manage his day out in the lava fields.
